Our live tracker is a nice and easy tool to track your progress throughout your time with us, it is used via google sheets meaning any adjustments are updated instantly plus its all saved to a cloud so nice and protected, we can hop on and see your progress with each adjustment and visa versa.
Its a great way to keep you accountable with tracking and also see your progress, our coaches use this tool to assist with adjusting macros accordingly, it also contains a notes section which you can fill in daily with any questions or concerns.
Our meal plans are designed to be cost effective, easy to prep meaning less time in kitchen more time doing what you love and family friendly, our meal plans are completely personalised to suit each individual there is no cookie cutter meal plan here.
You will receive an email from us, please check junk in case its hiding in there, within this email will be your health assessment, please fill this out with any information relevant to your coaching, eg any food intolerances, injuries, medications, any food you absolutely cant go with out, any food you hate, current goals and current lifestyle. It is important that we can receive as much information as possible as this is what we will use to get your initial plan over to you. Once we have received your full health assessment your plans will be ready for you in your online portal in around 3-4 days. We will email you to let you know when they are uploaded.
You absolutely can we just ask that you try and stick to the given personalised macros as this is important for your goals, using a tool such as my fitness pal can help you see how many macros are in the swap, just make a note of this swap in your tracker so that your coach can see.
All of your food is measured with a cooked weight unless stated.
The maintenance phase is at the start of your journey allows us to see how your body works, to level out any inconsistencies in nutrition and to allow us to see where your base sits, from here we will plan the desired macros depending on goal.
With travel this all depends on dates and location, we aim to be there in person but if this is not achievable we will be accessible via FaceTime throughout the whole day for you checking in.
